This Is Not a Government Office or Records Custodian. Poway Residents Directory is a private reference. It cannot pull records, certify copies, confirm who lives at an address, or remove a name from a roll. Those requests belong with the office that keeps the source. For an emergency, call 911. If you believe you are being stalked or harassed, contact local police.

Use the subject page that matches the question, then contact the named custodian rather than sending private records to this reference:

  • Street or parcel: the Poway street directory route starts with PowGIS, ParcelQuest Lite, and the county assessor.
  • Old volumes: the Poway directory book route points to Poway Library, SDCL Digital Collections, and the San Diego History Center.
  • One person: the Poway resident lookup route separates court, vital, business, license, and voter records.
  • City-created files: use the Poway CPRA request form for an existing city record.
  • County records: ARCC handles deeds, county vital copies, fictitious business names, and related Recorder/Clerk services.
